KA was supported by ACYC through career guidance and a formal recommendation into a 3-year Engineering Construction programme.
With structured mentoring and encouragement, he successfully completed his qualification and secured permanent employment within London Underground construction.
During this time, his mother was medically unfit for work. KA is now the primary financial supporter of his household, covering rent and essential living costs.
